I have used the practice for many years and they are excellent. The dentist was a frightening experience in the past but all the dentists I have put me very much at ease. Receptionists are also very efficient.

A safe environment
I have just started on this dental treatment. I am having implants and the information I received was explained very well. The procedure was explained to me with the use of a model set of teeth, the time it would take from start to finish and the costs involved. It was well organised and I felt the Covid procedures in place were very good. I felt it was a safe environment.

Good service as always though felt uncomfortable/unsafe as mask-wearing was not enforced and many were without masks. Also, windows should be open where possible for better ventilation.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We take all feedback onboard from our patients. Mask wearing of fluid resistant face masks is enforced in all dental practices, however our staff do not have to wear FFP3 masks anymore and these were very uncomfortable for staff to wear. Our surgeries are very well ventilated without the windows open, we have invested in state of the art equipment, dentair machines which purify the air in all the surgeries and we also have clarke air exchange fans that go on after every patient to help the air exchanges in each surgery. I'm pleased you found the service good otherwise.
