Dentist is so kind and patient
Every time I take my children along to their appointments the dentist is so kind and patient with them. They are very gentle and talk to the children about what they’re doing and reassure them that what they’re doing won’t hurt.

I felt perfectly at ease
I visited Hexham Dental Clinic yesterday to have an impression taken for the fitting of a new crown. Jim Sykes and his staff were very polite, the surgery was clean and I felt perfectly at ease.

Caring about nervous patients
Caring about nervous patients. Jay Dee was very kind and aware of how nervous I was, sorry don’t know the name of the girl with her but they were both lovely and really put me at ease. I don’t feel nervous of going back for the rest of my treatment.

I don't like going to the dentist who does? But the staff at hexham are always friendly. I had jaydee for a hygienist appointment today and it was fine. I used to get my mouth frozen for this procedure as my front teeth are sensitive but she suggested using a smaller tool and I am now fine with that.

I was made to feel at ease
My recent appointment was more than an hour long in order to fix a broken tooth. My dentist was extremely gentle and explained everything he was doing right through the procedure. He also asked if I was ok several times during the process.
I was made to feel at ease immediately and that helped a great deal.

Repair Broken Tooth
Today I had an appointment to have a broken tooth repaired. Jim Sykes and his dental nurse were marvellous at “putting me at ease” and my treatment was carried out in a painless and efficient manner. I was delighted with the result and the total professionalism of the whole staff. Would definitely recommend Hexham Dental Practice 100%.
