Meghan was, as always, patient, professional and amazing! She has made such a difference to my teeth over the last year, and I am so grateful. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are relaxed, she is informative while working on your teeth, encouraging if you are nervous, and joining the practice is the best choice I have ever made!

Check up
I arrived on time for my appointment and was asked to wait upstairs. Three people were directed upstairs whilst I was waiting making the upstairs landing very crowded and one person has to stand to observe distancing. There were no people waiting downstairs.

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us about your experiences at our practice. We take each response seriously and do our best to use them to improve patient experiences in the future.
We're sorry if you felt that the waiting room was crowded. The NHS has stipulated that dental clinics return to business as usual in terms of patient volumes to help with the massive backlogs that have developed in the UK. We are still being cautious and as of yet, we have not returned to normal patient numbers as we believe that safety should be at the heart of what we do. Given that we are a mixed NHS/ Private practice It is likely however that we will have to follow the guidance that we have been given by the NHS to increase our patient volumes as is being required of us. We are keeping this under constant review and feedback like yours helps guide our decisions.

Relaxed, on time
Todays visit to my Hygienist was very relaxed, on time, the receptionists were kind and efficient. My Hygienist and nurse were thorough and I felt relaxed throughout. Wonderful to have a dental practice which ensures our teeth remain in good health throughout our life. With thanks.
