I have found my recent experience at Hexham Dental Practice very informative and reassuring. Always ready to explain the proposed treatment and keeping you constantly informed during the procedures. The calming effect of the dental staff is most welcome.

my next appointment had to be written on a piece of paper. I paid 250.00 for teeth whitening to find unable to use the product as I have gum recession and too painful.

I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been able to use the tooth whitening, if you contact the practice and ask to book in with one of our treatment coordinators they will be able to discuss this further with you and see if we have a different whitening product that you may be able to use.

Hygienist appointment
Teeth and gums feel and look much better after my treatment. Found the treatment given by Jay-Dee and her nurse to be first rate and I was put at ease as soon as you walk through the door of the clinic.

Dental Implant - Simply the best dental surgery
My first dental implant and really excellent treatment. This was my next appointment after having the implant inserted. This time it was to photograph and measure for the tooth fit which will be in 3 weeks time. Everything was really hi-tech with lasers and scans and I was very impressed. Can’t wait for the actual completion day. Simply the best dental surgery anywhere.

Emergency appointment
My crown had fallen out and wanted it put back on as had gap, however, the tooth peg had snapped so couldn't reattach. Was left with 3 options dental implant at £2000 which could not afford, bridge or a false tooth on a palette. I left feeling unhappy as we had a family party to go to and I had an awful gap in mouth. Dentist was fine though was more about the outcome that was unhappy about.

Tooth extraction
I was seen by Simon, who was brilliant. He explained the issues with me so that I could easily make the decision to have the offending tooth extracted. He also pointed out the options to me should I decide to “ fill the gap”. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone. It was almost a pleasure!

Painless filling!
As always Hexham Dental Clinic staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Meg is really skilled and professional and never recommends unnecessary treatments -I have total confidence in her. The facilities and technology in the clinic are excellent - allowing me to see before and after work, and allowing my dentist to explain any future treatment required and options if relevant.
