I was not kept waiting at all and left feeling very reassured. Alex is friendly but professional and I was even treated to her singing as she worked. As always, the whole practice is very caring and calming.

My emergency appointment

I was informed when I rang for an appointment that my dentist had left, but that I could have an appointment with Simon. Simon was lovely, very friendly and throughout the procedure explained exactly what was happening. I was given an option of treatments which were all fully explained and allowed to make a decision as to which option I wanted in my own time. I wasn’t rushed into making a decision for which I was grateful.

Appointment to repair broken tooth

I was made to feel comfortable and safe. The receptionist was very polite. There were sanitisers available. The dentist explained what would need to be done and that I would need two more appointments. X-rays were taken to view the extent of the damage and check my other teeth. Fully explained and treatment planned.
