All the staff are so friendly that, particularly in times of limited social interaction, it has been a pleasure to attend appointments. Treatment is always explained thoroughly beforehand and carried out painlessly.

Relaxed atmosphere

Very little delay in being seen. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere.
Almost enjoyable!! And this from a complete dentist phobic.

mergency appointment

Emergency appointment to refit crown that had come off. Had a phone call offering me a cancellation at 9.30 this morning. Crown was refitted at 12.00.

Composite bonding - crown & filling

I’d long thought about getting composite bonding when Simon Lee mentioned it would be beneficial to my teeth as they were thinning but it seemed like a big decision. I’ve been with Hexham Dental clinic for a long time and it’s the only place I would have had this done. The communication, competence and customer service is excellent. I am delighted with the outcome.
