Patient and reassuring
I was really upset to hear my son had cavities I felt quite emotional about it and I do feel really worried about his teeth but I felt the dentist was very patient and reassuring.

I have had an excellent service from Simon, he is always understanding and caring and takes time to explain in detail what treatment he would recommend but always involving myself in the decision.
He has gained my confidence and helps me to relax, in what can be a an anxious time.

An excellent service
I was in need of emergency treatment. Having telephoned when the surgery opened I was given an appointment for mid morning. As always the service was very professional. The dentist explained the process throughout and I knew I was in good hands. My problem was resolved. An excellent service.

All the staff were friendly and the dentist explained what he was going to do and checking during the treatment whether I was alright.

Crown Fitting
The team at Hexham Dental Clinic are ALWAYS really helpful and make you feel at ease. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. I grind my teeth an immense a lot at the moment and Simon advised on a splint to wear while I sleep, I was given all of the background information to take away and read up on what might help my situation, when I came back for my crown fitting he answered all of my questions and we went ahead with organising a splint. I was referred to El straight away for a scan and the process is in motion. And my new crown fits perfectly!
