We’re very happy to hear that you found our clinic to be very helpful. We, like most dental clinics during this global pandemic, are working hard to get through the backlog of care that has built up as a direct result of the severe restrictions that have been imposed upon dental clinics over the last 18 months. The restrictions have been imposed by the department of health and Public Health England to help reduce the risk of viral transmission at dental clinics. In line with NHS guidance, we currently having to prioritise on delivering urgent care over routine examinations which is likely why you have been advised this length of time before your next appointment. If you believe your appointment is urgent, please contact a member of our team to discuss.

A pleasure to visit

The dental clinic was very clean, sanitisers readily available and everyone was very polite. A pleasure to visit today for my hygienist appointment.

Courteous and professional

The treatment, dental and hygienic, is good. All the staff are friendly, courteous and professional which promotes a strong relationship. There is no hard sell for cosmetic work but options are laid out clearly, costs made clear and advice and opinions offered. The reminder texts ahead of appointments are a nice touch.

Best dental practice I've ever been to

As ever all staff I met - reception, nursing and hygienist and dentist- were polite and friendly, business-like and reassuring.
Not my place to comment on their competence as I am not a dental professional but I consider this the best dental practice I’ve ever been to.

Very pleasant

It is impossible to comment at this stage, as my treatment is still only at a preliminary stage. Everyone is very pleasant and efficient but it will be some time before I know how effective it all is.

Simon is a professional and skilful dentist. He combines his expertise with an approachable and kind manner. He always takes the time to explain carefully what to expect so there are no surprises. I recently had an unpleasant problem following a tooth extraction and although it was late on a Friday afternoon Simon sorted it out even though I am sure it delayed his departure from work. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.
