Today I had both a hygiene appointment and an appointment to repair an old filling that had become loose and the decay had started again. Both procedures were excellent, painless and quickly carried out. The staff put me at ease and were very friendly. I won't say that I am looking forward to my future visits, but at least I'm not dreading them.

Jim and the team at Hexham Dental Clinic are first class. I have been doing the Invisalign treatment and had issues (of my own doing, having difficulty keeping them in for the allotted time) but Jim has been nothing but patient. The rest of the team are very good also, including the hygienist. Communication is first class, with email and text reminders, which make it easier to not forget appointments. Great outfit!

A first class experience

I count myself as very fortunate to be a patient at Hexham Dental Clinic. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation so could see my chosen dentist, Simon, to help with the problem of a broken filling quite quickly.
I can’t praise Simon enough for his care. He knows I’m a nervous patient but he is superb at making things as easy as possible and so gentle and patient. A first class experience.

My experience

I only telephoned this morning and had an appointment at 4.30 this afternoon. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Simon the dentist very professional. Dealt with my problem and explained fully what options were available to me.
