I arrived a little early for the appointment and having checked in I was called in 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Alex having assessed my teeth gave practical advice on how I could help keep my gums in good order. She went about her business in a professional manner and I came out feeling that a good job had been done. Because appointments are made in advance, sometimes as much as a year it is very important that the surgery gives you a call a couple of days before the appointment. Hexham Dental does just that and it is excellent. Had they not contacted me I would have missed the appointment.

I was given an emergency appointment which was great as I was in pain. X-ray showed an abscess and antibiotics prescribed another appointment made and options discussed. Excellent service as usual.

A nice welcome at reception and a very professional welcome from the dentist who saw me on time.
He examined me and listened to my views with respect and answered my questions. We agreed on a course of action to rectify a broken filling which was explained and carried out. The dental assistant helped me with the electronic signature which I found difficult to see. I'm pleased with the result. Thank you..
