Dental hygenist

These appointments always occur on time with no waiting. Hygienists are knowledgeable efficient and helpful.
Feels value for money and there are ethical standards met such as only suggesting further appointments when they are really needed.

Last minute cancellation appointment

Last minute cancellation appointment provided which was helpful. Made comfortable and underwent a double extraction procedure. Told what to expect and how to deal with the after effects. In and out in 40 minutes for morning appointment. Desk staff/ Reception cheerful and helpful when forward booking next appointment. Professionally and sensitively undertaken and therefore quite satisfied.

Well, appointment for uncomfortable tooth advice, root canal or extraction!
Really not what I wanted to hear however a softer approach would halve been nice!

Dear Muriel, Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us about your experience. I’m sorry if you felt the advice you received was not what you wanted to hear. We understand that patients are not keen to have either a root canal treatment or extraction. However, in certain clinical situations, these are the only two options to resolve the problem. It is, however, a patient choice whether they decide to proceed with the advised treatment.
