Not as good as usual
The Hygienist gave me good advice about the size of interdental brushes I am using, but I was disappointed when I got home and looked in the mirror and saw the green tea stain still at the top of my front tooth, normally she gets that off.
I am impressed with all the hygiene measures they have in place.

I was desperately in need of a replacement denture. Despite suffering from a serious injury the dentist returned early to work and was able to work on my denture. Her skill and attention to detail means that I can now eat and talk comfortably. She explained the process and post treatment concerns clearly including care and maintenance advice. I had a filling that unfortunately came out. I contacted the dental practice, spoke to Sasha who answered the phone and managed to get an appointment with Megan to replace it. Megan was her usual friendly self which helps me relax when attending my appointments as I am very nervous patient. I had the filling replaced and was out within my allocated time. Special thanks to Sasha.
Definitely recommend this dental practice.

Incredibly calm and empathetic
Being totally honest I wouldn’t normally fill one of these in however, as always I’m blown away by how lovely everyone is at this practice. I’m a terrified, embarrassed patient and I’m never made to feel small by any of the team here. Jim is always simply lovely, everyone who knows the practice tells me exactly that. Actually, because of how the team is, I have recently been able to start the journey of getting dental implants. I wouldn’t have been able to walk in to other practice. Through years of ill health my teeth have suffered greatly and my confidence to smile has been non existent. Last week Rob removed all of my teeth and as a surgeon I found him to be incredibly calm and empathetic and together with Eleanor the dental nurse, who again was just lovely, they got me through it. I am hoping in the next few months I will be ok to go ahead with the all on 4 implants. With this practice, I know they are working towards the best outcome for myself and I trust in that. Hopefully one day my smile will say it all.
