Excellent service

Had problems with my tooth, sore and was worried as it appeared black. Rang up first thing and they got me in straight away which was amazing first of all compared to other stories I’ve heard from elsewhere about waiting time. I saw Simon who was lovely, very reassuring, gave me prescription for antibiotics and confirmed straight away it wasn’t decay which put me at ease. Asked about the antibiotics as going on holiday and he wished me a lovely time when I left. Excellent service.

My 6 monthly check up

My 6 monthly check up. Full mouth, neck and throat check, x rays and photos of my teeth.
All on NHS review. Simon gave me full explanation of possible work but genuine options offered. I chose to leave teeth as they are but felt under no pressure to take up work. Felt valued, thank you.

Appointment with the Hygienist

My overall treatment plan includes appointments with the Hygienist in order to understand my overall oral health. As usual any treatment I receive at the Hexham Dental Practice is both professional and friendly. I love the feeling of oral cleanliness following these visits.

Hexham Dental Clinic is superb. From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I have total confidence the dentist and all the staff.
