My recent appointment with maxillofacial surgeon, Rob Banks, for tooth extraction and immediate implant placement was an extremely positive experience. His calm, reassuring manner and obvious great skill allowed me to feel relaxed and completely safe in his hands. A zero-pain, smooth and slick operation.

First class experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. My dentist is superb so caring always explaining before the
procedure begins and despite having another procedure in two weeks time I have no worry about it. Thank you to all the staff so helpful and cheerful. As always Meaghan is the best dentist I ave ever had.

Friendly, calm, attentive

Friendly, calm, attentive check-up visit as per. I felt confident safety measures were well in place for seeing people in pandemic times, so my initial unease at venturing out after being at home for so long was soon allayed. Very reassuring. Thank you!

My experience

As soon as the school rang to say my son had damaged his front teeth in an accident, I was straight on the phone to HDC. Bethany and Alex were incredibly helpful. They did all they could to get us an emergency appointment and within hours my son was in the dentist chair. Meghan was incredible and her calm, clear approach reassured me that he was in safe hands. Once she had finished, my sons teeth looked as good as new and he knew exactly what to expect over the coming days and weeks. Thank you so much to Meghan and all the staff at Hexham dental clinic! A stressful day was made much less so due to your fantastic service.
