Very helpful

I had a hygienist's appointment which due to problems at the Clinic had to be re-arranged but I was offered another appointment the day before. As always the arrangements and staff were as friendly and efficient as ever.

Without equal

Having been a patient for quite a while I am happy to recommend without hesitation the work of the Hexham Dental Clinic and the patient-centred service they provide. This procedure went as all the others have done before, totally without pain and discomfort and Simon’s practice is without equal in my experience.

This practice is brilliant

As someone with a real fear of dental work all my life, a case of a very bad experience in my teens, I can only say that this practice is brilliant at putting people like me at ease.

Great experience as always

Great appointment as always, strange thing to say about a dentist. Simon moved downstairs to see me. Both Simon and the dental nurse were excellent. Friendly, professional.

All the staff are fantastic here, Jim in particular was brilliant with my Invisalign and really put me at ease. I travel 180 miles to go to Hexham Dental Practice for the First class service professional they have to offer and I’m so happy with my smile, very highly recommended!

Excellent dental care

I know I will receive excellent dental care when I attend this practice. Today it was a long-overdue dental hygiene appointment due to COVID-19 precautions and my failure to respond correctly to the previous pre-appointment e-mails (which in hindsight I thought were less clear than they could have been) I subsequently had my previous appointment cancelled by the practice on the morning of the appointment.
No problems this time.
