Further root canal filling

Following a recent root canal filling, I have continued to have problems and a further root canal filling was undertaken on an adjacent tooth in the belief that the original and continued pain was due to referred pain. Unfortunately the second procedure has also failed to relieve the pain. I cannot fault the professionalism and friendliness of the team and have been kept fully informed about the procedures but unfortunately my original problem remains unresolved. I am prepared to wait a while to see if it settles down and remain unsure what the next step is likely to be.

Always pleasant and courteous

All staff are always pleasant and courteous. Next appointments can be made in advance and appointment slips provided. Reminder Text messages sent a couple of days beforehand which is very beneficial.

Look> am quite happy just to go to the dentist!

I am not sure that you would consider this to be honest and responsible, but I am fed up with being asked to review everything I do in life. I have always been very happy with Hexham Dental Clinic and will certainly let them know if I am not. HDC seems to specialise in Hollywood smiles, but they can do without following our American cousins in seeking ego boosting reviews from their patients every time a visit is paid.

Recent experience

Following a warm welcome from the reception team I reflect on my appoitment with Simon with high regard. Knowing that there were some decisions to be made about large gaps in my teeth, Simon talked me through the various options in such a a way that this was a conversation - led by him - but in a very unhurried and considered way that left me well informed.

This clinic is simply professionally run and efficiently deals with patients' needs. The administration endeavor to be helpful and are pleasant in their delivery Jim is easily on par with dentists in the USA in his skill, customer care and approach. If you can be accepted into the practice it is recommended.
