Reassuring and put me at ease

Visited Hexham Dental Clinic today where I was greeted by Sasha on desk, she was very welcoming, with a lovely manner. I then saw Meg for my appointment, during my consultation I mentioned I had some wisdom tooth discomfort. Meg carried out a routine check up, as well as addressing the root cause of my tooth pain. Throughout the consultation Meg talked me through what she was going to do or what to expect. This was reassuring and put me at ease, which was a relief as I am quite anxious when visiting the dentist! I left the surgery, content and happy with the service I received as well as advice and treatment given going forward for my dental health. Thank you

I was quite worried about the procedure today but Jim was great - made me feel very comfortable and confident that I could trust him to respond to how I coped. It was all a much less unpleasant experience than I expected. Childhood memories firmly relegated to the past!
