A warm friendly welcome, prompt attention with relatively little waiting time. Swift, efficient, service in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Jim is very approachable and reassuring, and immediately generates confidence. The dental examination is meticulous and thorough, accompanied with clear, detailed, explanations - a pleasant, professional, and very comfortable experience. Thank you!

Recent appointment

One person chatting to receptionist on my way in and she was still there as I came out of my appointment 20 minutes later. Consequently I was called into the surgery before checking in. On coming out I stood back until a receptionist called me forward. Dental hygienist was thorough and the dental nurse was efficient and sensitive to my needs.

I am sorry if it was not made clear to you but we have a new receptionist who is currently training which explains why 2 staff members were chatting on reception. We take our staff training very seriously and so this will be ongoing for the next few weeks. Thank you for your patience.

Megan the dentist was very gentle and considerate and made my dental treatment very relaxing experience. I would recommend Megan for your treatment she listens to what you require and gives sensible advice and explains the plan and costs.
