Broken crown

Contacted the practice at 12.30 after my crown and post had come out. Given an appointment at 4.20 the same day and seen on time. Excellent service by the staff and given four options by the dentist for treatment which were all explained thoroughly. Very professional and caring.

Emergency appointment for a cracked tooth

I could feel that something had come off a tooth - a filling or part of the tooth - but wasn't in any pain so was very pleased to get an appointment the same day with only an hour's notice. There was no queue to sign in and I only had to wait a couple of minutes. Matt as usual was very helpful and informative, explained the options and we agreed to use a 'temporary' filling which may end up permanent, leaving the option for a crown if really needed later. A very quick and painless procedure and I was back home about 30 minutes after leaving. Another excellent experience, thank you!

I received an emergency appointment to have an extraction, I was seen by Simon Lee. He immediately put me at ease and explained the process bit by bit and was very patient with me. I will definitely ask for Simon again.
