Recent appointment

Not excellent. Matt is a nice guy but I’ve left in pain. The x-ray machine is down and so he’s not sure which tooth to treat. The next available date to see him is the 29th of June! We are moving to Peterborough that day, but the pain is such that my husband has said he’ll look after the move on his own so that I can be at the dentists! I really had hoped for better. The receptionist was really unhelpful. Basically, “take or leave it”. So disappointed. Could cry.

I went for a check up and clean

I went for a check up and clean. They discretely told me I needed to give more attention to cleaning, and explained where I needed to spend more time, this was greatly appreciated. I was also given some small brush tools to help with my dental hygiene. A very thorough job was done in a totally professional manner.

Dental appointment

I was lucky to get an appointment because of a last minute cancellation. Hopefully when the Pandemic is over follow up appointments will be less likely to be subject to delays of months.

An enjoyable visit to the dentist!

Rarely have I felt so relaxed and reassured when entering a dental surgery. Simon was his usual pleasant and professional self and, even with his smile masked, managed to convey a sense of confident calm with his quiet commentary as he worked through the examination.
I consider myself fortunate to have so competent and personable a dentist.
