Fantastic Safe Service

I had a check up with Simon for myself and my two young daughters. The whole process was safe and easy from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they really put my children and I at ease.

Generally excellent service but inadequate oral hygienist service

Whereas I am more than happy with the dental care I receive, I am unhappy with the access to the oral hygienist service. If you have to cancel an appointment, it is virtually impossible to get another one for several months. I have withdrawn from the dental plan for this very reason and prefer to pay as I go if I am fortunate to access the oral hygienist service. Because of this and Covid I have been unable to see a hygienist for nearly two years.

Many thanks for your feedback, we take all feedback seriously as it helps us see how we can improve so we can offer the best service to our patients. I’m very sorry that you haven’t easily been able to access our hygienist service, unfortunately due to COVID-19 our capacity to see patients in the practice has been greatly reduced aswel as having a back log of 8,000 patients to get through. We recognise this isn’t ideal but we have to follow the guidelines. Our hygienists do get cancelations if you are able to come in at short notice we could contact you.
