Recent appointment
I am very disappointed that after a couple of weeks that one implant dislodged completely whilst I was sleeping. Apart from a hurried late afternoon visit, to see again the implant technician, that his response was very poor, apart from "the hole is clean".
I remind that the whole implant dislodged, so in that respect I am a little lost, so was it never inserted fully or properly the first time, is my opinion. There was no answer or response from the implant surgeon and with that I left with the verbal expression to be back in TEN weeks, after the hole has sealed itself up !

Fitting of Crown
I have been with the Hexham Dental Clinic since they first opened and every single appointment and follow through treatment has been of the highest standard. This recent crown fitting process was no different, in spite of it being an awkward and potentially uncomfortable experience. Finding such a good dental practice that values its patients and their comfort is a rare find.
