Many thanks for taking the time to feedback your experiences of our service. We’re very glad to hear that Matt explained your options very well.
Dental implants are a clinically complex procedure and although may carry a higher initial cost, they are likely to be more cost-effective than others fixed alternatives such as bridges. Bridges are, by their nature, destructive to the adjacent teeth and so can cause problems should they fail in the future.
We only use UK-based highly skilled laboratories and high-quality materials for our implant treatments. The Nobel Biocare Implants we use have a track record dating back to 1965 when the first titanium implant was placed in a patient. Although Nobel no longer produce the original style implant, they do manufacture the components for these implants, ensuring that anyone that requires components for any of their implant systems can do so into the future. The same cannot be said of some of the newer, cheaper implant systems that have recently come to the market.
We feel that at our practice we are not happy to compromise on quality when it comes to an investment such as dental implants.

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback on our service. We take onboard all feedback. Demand on our service remains extremely high and we have had to work through a back log of patients that had to be cancelled during the height of the pandemic. It has been a difficult balancing act to meet patient demand whilst remaining COVID safe.

Unfortunately our computer system was down last week and staff were using their mobile phones to be able to access our system. Feedback on our service has generally been positive and we monitor this constantly.
