One thing i would like to feedback is that numbers in the waiting room should be controlled for covid. I felt very uncomfortable when trying to leave with 5 other people standing around and no way to get out but to walk past them.

We recognise that there is a delicate balance in meeting patients’ needs against the restrictions of COVID.
Demand on our service remains extremely high with both emergency treatments and those that wish to access valuable routine examinations to prevent problems. With the run-up to Christmas, we expect there will be a difficult balancing act to meet patient demand whilst remaining COVID safe. Looking at your recent experience it sounds like we should look at this again to ensure we have the correct balance.

Very happy with my treatment
Feels very safe, you are asked to sanitize as you enter the building. I'm currently getting my teeth straightened and so far I'm very happy with my treatment.

I came to the Hexham Dental Clinic for Invisalign treatment, following a friend's recommendation. The entire practice runs exceptionally smoothly- from initial consultation to final assessment, everyone I met was both informative and highly skilful. The most significant feature of the treatment programme was the fact that I was included in decision-making at every step of the process. Thanks Jim and team.
