I was very impressed

I was very impressed with the service I received yesterday. The premises are clean, the staff polite and my dental work was carried out in a professional manner. I always feel confident that any procedure necessary will be carried out in a careful and considerate manner. The equipment which has been installed to assist in the banishing of the Covid-19 virus gives one a sense of security. Thank you Jim and your team.

Extremely covid secure

As a nervous patient it was nice to be met by friendly and courteous receptionists. I was seen by the dentist in a timely manner, which is all important when nervous. All felt extremely covid secure in all areas.
Dentist took time to explain everything he was doing.

My favourite ever dentist

I'm 51 and have probably seen at least 10 dentists in my lifetime.
On the way home I told the kids that Jim is my favourite ever dentist. So that's a pretty positive statement!

Everything seemed virtually 'normal'. Extra face covering for hygienist, cleaning down as soon as I was leaving, all other staff with masks. I felt very safe and was pleased to have such comprehensive treatment.
