The clinic staff are excellent

The clinic staff are excellent. The written communications, especially the heath check survey need extreme proof reading. They are virtually unintelligible, ungrammatical using several odd tenses within one question and has open questions requiring a closed question response.

We’re very pleased to hear you find our clinic staff excellent. We take pride in the quality of our patient care, so it means a lot to us to hear that you had a positive experience.
We are very grateful that you have highlighted issues with our written communications. Unlike most of our systems, the COVID part of our medical questionnaire was put together rather rapidly in response to the current pandemic situation. Thanks to your comments we have now reviewed this, and I hope that next time you have to complete one of these questionnaires you will find the grammar more intelligible. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
