Clearly explained the options
I'm always nervous about coming to the dentist but Matt and the team made me feel at ease as they asked how I was etc. Matt clearly explained the options for my treatment and gave me time to think about my decision.
There was a lot to process and wearing face masks is always more difficult but on the whole it was all fine.

A friendly welcome, social distancing in place, which made me more relaxed. Matt and the dental nurse were very professional and friendly. He talked me through every step of what he was doing.

Superb
My appointment was the final sign off of my double implant triple tooth bridge treatment plan. The whole plan has taken almost a year to complete. Throughout this whole period my experience at Hexham Dental Clinic has been superb - thanks to Jim, Rob and the whole of the Hexham Dental Clinic team. I looked forward to all my visits! Of course during this period Covid-19 happened and is still ongoing. HDC made a monumental effort and substantial investment to ensure HDC was a safe and secure place to visit. At all stages HDC have always gone that extra mile to ensure the best possible service. With my implants and bridge now completed I am absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you HDC!

Amazing visit
My visit to your practice yesterday was amazing.
I was feeling quite nervous, as one does, however from walking in reception very efficient then spot on time, the hygienist was wonderful, happy and informative, onto the dentist, spot on time she explained everything extremely well.
Felt very safe, everyone was brilliant. Left feeling very well looked after.

Very happy with my visit today. Had a problem with a tooth and was given 3 options, and l chose the option that suited me today. Great care taken against any risk of covid, and very pleasant staff.
