My Recent Appointment
My appointment was for 2.35 pm. At 2.45 pm I was told I would have to wait a further 10 minutes as a disabled patient who arrived after me needed to use the downstairs surgery. It is my belief that I was asked to wait because the patient also had an appointment with the hygienist who would have been kept waiting longer if I had seen the dentist before her. I do understand the need to accommodate disabled patients, but I feel this could have been better organised with a bit more forethought. However, once I was seen by the dentist, the treatment and advice I was given was first class.

On some occasions the dentists do have to move around to accommodate those patients who are unable to make the stairs and I’m sorry that this resulted in you having to wait longer than expected on this occasion.
