Fantastic service

My visit to Hexham Dental Clinic was very good. The staff as usual were very polite and the services of both the dental hygienist and dentist were fantastic. The surgery premises were clean and tidy and everything had a calming atmosphere

The Hexham Dental Clinic is excellent from the moment you enter the clinic, the staff are pleasant,t polite and you feel they are happy to see you.

I went into my appointment on time, the receptionist was welcoming. My appointment with Megan was up to her high standards as normal, very pleasant, informative and reassuring about my dental care. I would highly recommend both Megan, her assistant nurse and the practice.

Brilliant, talked me through each stage

I had 2 front teeth fillings and felt particularly anxious. Sophie was brilliant, talked me through each stage, reassuring me, checking how I was at each stage. She worked expertly & quickly & the results were great!! I felt in very safe hands & she dealt admirably with a nervous patient. Both dentist & nurse worked efficiently together & were very understanding.

A root canal filling

I had an extended treatment for a root canal filling, which was not an easy treatment. Jim and the nurse Anita were unfailingly professional, friendly and helpful. I had no pain and Jim worked really hard to ensure the best possible outcome, which he achieved. Jim is an excellent dentist.
