Pain free and efficient

My dental work, undertaken by Jim Sykes and his assistant, was pain free and efficient. A perfect cap for my broken tooth. Time too for a bit of banter-a Rolls Royce job in fact! Better still when the numbness wore off. Thank you!!!

Fantastic service every time! Got in the same day for an emergency appointment then back again 3 days later to complete the work!

Dental appointment

Despite being on time for my appointment the hygienist was 10 minutes late which meant I missed my appointment with the dentist as I had a funeral to attend.

Many thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you had to attend a funeral. I’m sorry also to hear that on this day our hygienist was running 10 minutes late. We do try to keep to time where possible but unfortunately, this is not always possible and I’m sorry to hear that you were unable to attend your dentist appointment as a result of this.

Takes the time to listen and understand

The staff at Hexham dental clinic are always friendly, polite and respectful. The dentist takes her time to get to know me and is up to date on where I am at with my treatment etc. She takes the time to listen and understand my concerns.

Always friendly staff

Always friendly staff, not keen on trips to dentist but everyone is happy and puts you at ease. Shame about the Michael buble songs tho.
