Warm, approachable and helpful

Staff took time to explain the options clearly and patiently, offering advice without any pressure into treatment. Since changes to reception staff over the past year, patients are now met with a warm, approachable and helpful manner. That's made the whole process positive.

Relaxed and reassured throughout

Very efficient service by both the dentist, dental nurse and reception staff. I felt very much at ease both prior and during my treatment. Simon showed great concern regarding any discomfort I may have experienced and his manner made me feel relaxed and reassured throughout.
