I found my time at the clinic exceptional
I found my time at the clinic exceptional, all the staff from the reception were very friendly, I was worried about the treatment but Simon was great and took great pains to make sure I was comfortable at all times during the treatment, he has a lovely caring manner as did his dental nurse.

Very pleased
I was very pleased with the time taken to discuss the current state of my teeth with me, as well as future treatments - both short and long-term. Simon showed me my x-rays and explained my options whilst answering my questions in a straight forward manner. All in, it was easy to understand and make a decision for future care.

Excellent treatment
As someone who has always been apprehensive of dentists, goes back to school days, it is good to feel at ease as soon as you walk in to reception, then to receive good service and excellent treatment couldn't ask for anything better.

Relaxed, friendly atmosphere
I switched to Hexham Dental Clinic after hearing the excellent reputation it has amongst friends who also use the practice, and I have to say it was the best decision I have made. All credit due to the fantastic team from the reception staff to the hygienists and dentists always a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, so much so that I don't feel nervous about going to the dentists anymore, something I thought I'd never hear myself say.
