Appointment

Hygienist caught the side of my tongue with equipment which resulted in soreness and discomfort for over the past week. I would prefer not to have this aspect of oral care when adverse experiences occur. I am unsure what can be done differently to avoid a reoccurrence other than avoiding this aspect of oral treatment.

Appointment

My treatment was excellent following an emergency appointment for a broken front tooth.
Everyone very helpful and kind.
But I have to say that myself and my family are very very worried about the future changes.

Treated with dignity and respect

Caring, highly skilled and professional, Jim put me at ease explaining what he was going to do during my dental procedure. Dental nurse Brooke was also caring and proficient. I was treated throughout with dignity and respect. Follow up advice was carefully explained to me and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. I highly recommend Hexham dental practice.

Explains everything carefully

I had the first of a two part treatment for a crown on one of my teeth today. As always my treatment was excellent. Megan is so conscientious and explains everything carefully. She is very gentle in the way she treats her patients and makes the experience as relaxing as possible.
