Seen on time. Greeted respectfully and with a smile. Dealt with sensitively (I'm deaf) treatment plan explained clearly. Booked for a later date - No spaces for 3 months though.

Hexham Dental Clinic

In my opinion Jay Dee is an expert and highly professional dental hygienist. She has looked after my teeth for several years now and as a result of her care I am sure I have had much less need for any escalation of treatment. Hexham Dental Clinic on the whole is excellent. Treatment is of the highest standard and up to date. The staff are efficient welcoming and very professional. Consequently I have complete trust in their professional abilities.

Dental hygiene

Brilliant. Jay-Dee is responsible for a complete turnaround in how I have looked after my teeth and gums during the last year, and this session I even had a glowing report from her! She is thorough, efficient, cheery and with a perfect 'chair-side manner' making me seem a valued individual. And the assistant even hums tunes. Thanks lots.

Fantastic - really encouraging

Jay-D was fantastic - really encouraging which was lovely when I had made such a determined effort to improve my dental hygiene. Megan as always was courteous and lovely. Both were accommodating when I struggled to get in on time with all the roadworks.

Lovely attitude

Dentist was very thorough giving me X-rays and taking photos to show me where my tooth was sore. Assured me no cavities or decay. Lovely attitude and confidence given.

Excellent team

The treatment at Hexham Dental Clinic is second to none. From being received by a smiling and friendly reception to treatment by friendly and professional dentists.
My own dentist Simon Lee is one of the excellent team at the surgery and I can't praise him high enough.
