A positive experience

I am so happy I can write a review about the experience myself and my daughters received today. I had informed them that my daughter has ASD and has never let a dentist see her teeth. From the moment we walked in she was made to feel relaxed (no pressure to talk or make eye contact), she ended up letting the dentist look in her mouth and even came away with a huge smile. During my appointment Meghan and her assistant continued to encourage her to be a part of it and made her feel so relaxed. Every member of staff contributed to this positive experience. My other daughter cried saying she wanted to stay!!! Thank you.

Emergency appointment

This was an emergency appointment for which I was extremely grateful. The dentist could not have bbeen more sympathetic and efficient. Hopefully they have sorted me out but if not they have told me not to hesitate in going back.

My dental appointment was great as always. Can a dental appointment be great?!!
I was aware of the eye watering cost however, teeth are important.
I received an e-mail re my treatment, the treatment was explained to me at the last appointment I was given choices.
Have to say mind the Dentist is fab, very courteous, friendly and professional. Dental nurse was good too, but not enough credit given to these people.
