I was amazed

Yesterday I had my first two implants from Hexham Dental Clinic - I felt nervous to begin with but the staff are very canny & professional & by the time I left, I was amazed at how painless, quick & relaxed the whole procedure had been - now wish I had the money to have them all done.

The appointment was great as it always is.
I saw the Dentist initially then the Hygeinist.
Both professional, friendly and chatty.
I need further dental treatment, this was explained to me very well. The price is eye watering! However, it is what it is.

Appointment

I changed my bank account on October 30th 2023 which caused the DD payment at the beginning of November to be missed. Two payments of £15.15 were collected on December 1st and the January 2024 payment of £15.15 on January 2nd went though OK. Unfortunately the computer at Reception has not been brought up to date it said that my payments had stopped in November. After explaining what had happened the receptionist said she would need to look into the mistake. This is a little alarming.
