Very good at explaining things

Always a warm welcome when you arrive. It was my birthday and although it is nothing really big it's nice to be welcomed by staff on the desk and the dentist wishing me a Happy Birthday.
Always professional and very good at explaining things, the dentist is excellent.

Happy with results

Although not exactly on time, only a few mins later. Service was quick and happy with results.
Staff helpful and friendly. Costs are always higher than expected but that's the world today I suppose.

Appointment with hygienist today

Really impressed with the hygienist I saw today. She was the gentlest and most informative of any hygienist I have seen before. She actually demonstrated the technique of using an electric toothbrush as I have never fancied the idea before. What a game changer. When I got home and looked at my teeth in the mirror I was amazed at the difference. It’s really lifted my spirits. I can’t thank her enough. I will look forward to my next appointment with her instead of dreading it. 76 years old and best advice I’ve had on looking after my teeth!

I felt completely relaxed

My recent appointment at Hexham Dental Clinic was to see Katherine, the Hygienist. My treatment was excellent and both Katherine and her assistant treated me most courteously, friendly and professionally. I felt completely relaxed and am delighted with the results.

Implants are never going to be an "easy fix" However with Jim's friendly professionalism, and undoubted expertise the procedure was trauma free.

Emergency Appointment

I had toothache which had grumbled on for a couple of weeks, then got very much worse over the weekend. I phoned on Monday morning and was offered an appointment at lunch time. I am so grateful for the prompt attention. The dentist was so thorough and caring, and I really appreciate the professional care I received.
