Dental hygienist appointment.

I have not had an appointment with a dental hygienist since well before the start of the pandemic, so I was looking forward to it even less than I used to. I told the hygienist that I was nervous, and she did an excellent job of putting me at my ease as much as she possibly could. She explained each stage of the procedure comprehensively and certainly caused less discomfort than I remember from previous visits, despite the fact that the cleaning procedure was very thorough. The hygienist also carefully explained how I should continue to carry out these procedures at home.
