I was kept informed throughout

I had an appointment with the hygienist today, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming and quickly confirmed my appointment and directed me to a seat. I was seen on time the work was done efficiently and I was kept informed throughout. My return to the receptionist to pay and make a further appointment again went very smoothly.

Able to get emergency appointment same day as I phoned. Simon then dealt with the problem and I was given 2 follow up appointments for further work. Very happy with the way in everything was clearly explained.
