My visit today was great. I had a new person for the cleaning of my teeth and my check up of my teeth was also good as nothing had to be done. I know this is a practice where I am put at my ease and everything that is done is explained to me. Thank you.

A longer and rather more exacting appointment than I expected, but Jim was very good in explaining each stage of the procedure before he carried it out. He also ensured that the procedure was pain-free by administering extra anaesthetic when it proved necessary.

Dental appointment
I saw both Margaret and Jim. I didn't have to wait and when a later patient thought the hygienist was calling her one of the girls on reception sorted the matter out very politely and quickly.
