I visited the Hexham Dental Clinic recently to see both the Hygienist and the Dentist. The premises were very clean, the staff polite and helpful and as usual the treatment from JayDee and Jim were excellent

Recent appointment

The treatment that I received was very good, second to none. However, the reception staff could have been more professional. At a time when patients are waiting to see the dentist they are often nervous and apprehensive and to have to listen to the receptionists laughing and joking with friends, cackling, was a little unusual.

Calm and relaxed

I had my recent check-up appointment with Jim Sykes. He is always professional, courteous and excellent in making me feel calm and relaxed at all times (no easy feat as I am really nervous about visits to the dentist).
