I only waited a short time to be seen for my checkup. Nice to be downstairs this time.
Necessary dental work was explained together with costs and the do nothing option. My appointments are booked for a few weeks time.

Hexham Dental Clinic
My appointment was with both the hygienist and dentist this week. Both appointments were very valuable in terms of my ongoing care of my teeth. Hygiene to ensure I am correctly addressing all parts of my mouth even those difficult to reach. The suggestion has worked well. Also my teeth were x rayed after 3 years and hopefully with proper care and ongoing routine visits I will keep my teeth in a good condition to avoid decay. Thanks to Hexham Dental clinic.

Crown Preparation
Numbing gel applied to area before numbing injection which I found very reassuring. Did not feel any pain or discomfort at any time during the 40 minute appointment. Reassuring to have photographs to see on the screen and discussion to show the exact tooth and what was taking place during the appointment.

Reassuring, explained everything
There was a lot of reassuring when I first turned up, having had a severe fear (suddenly!!!) of treatments. Did some EMDR and Jim explaining everything, really helped.

Brilliant result
Excellent, friendly practice, highly recommend them. Brilliant result using Invisalign, tooth whitening and composite bonding. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team, especially to Jim, girls Brooke and Lucie, they explained everything clearly and gave me every opportunity to ask any questions. I love my new smile. I can't stop smiling!

Emergency appointment
I have recently broken my crown and I saw Simon on an emergency appointment and today I saw him to begin work on getting a new crown. Simon is very very good with his patients, he is gentle, calm and explains everything that he is doing on that day and on any follow up appointments.

Regular check up & Hygienist visit
As always I had the same courteous, pleasant and thorough visit I have grown to expect from Hexham Dental Clinic. Since I joined the Clinic as a patient many years ago I have lost any of the dread I used to have of dentists. I left knowing my teeth are in a good state with no additional work required.

The reception girls were attentive and polite.
My dentist Meghan was brilliant. She talked me through all my options and got me sorted.
Then the treatment coordinator was fab, she did all the checks and talked me through my procedures.
