Very good appointment

Very good appointment as always, the dental nurse was also very good, can't remember her name.
Friendly and professional. Advise given on intra dental care at home, bought these at reception.

Throughout my implant procedure the staff at Hexham Dental Clinic were all pleasant and professional, explaining the procedure in detail during the consultation so that I knew what to expect and what needed to be considered. I'm very happy with my implant. Definitely better than having to deal with the awkwardness and discomfort of the old style false teeth.

Very informative and precise

Simon was very informative and precise. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. This is the most comfortable and at ease situation I have experienced at the dentist, that’s if you can be at ease at the dentist!!

First class

There were minor issues when trying to book an appointment but on arrival and then the consultation with the nurse was first class. The nurse was definitely a good listener and was very professional. Only praise to be heaped on this young lady.

Brilliant

I phoned at 8.40am to see if I could get an emergency appointment. I was seen at 12.20 pm promptly, I explained my problem Meghan understood examined my teeth did 2 x rays discussed her thoughts and my options. Treatment was carried out effectively and I left once Meghan was happy that I was OK - brilliant.
