Excellent
I have been a patient for 10 years and have always been more than satisfied with the treatment I receive. I am disabled but have never felt I was a nuisance with my wheelchair. All the staff, Megan in particular, go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable. Megan has always been my dentist, she is excellent and I am always delighted with the work she does on my teeth. Every one of your staff is polite, friendly and good humoured. I am always happy to make my trips to your practice.

Staff are all amazing
Rang this morning got fitted in late morning and repair to chip in tooth done. Quick, efficient service and always put you at ease. Staff are all amazing too. Thank you so much yet again.

Root filling
Jim was patient and explained everything throughout. I was expecting a lot of pain and discomfort during and after. Whilst at the dentist I experienced very little pain and so far not much bruising and discomfort. So good to be able to eat normally again.

Emergency appointment, snapped tooth
Wisdom tooth, a bit boke off, Simon put temp filling in then will have a follow up appointment. As always staff are very polite and friendly on reception and Simon is really nice, he explains options really well!

As always I was given the best service from Alex on reception who offered me a cancellation as I was worried I needed fillings.
Jim did several X-rays to reassure me everything was ok was patient and very informative on what my next steps was.

I needed an emergency appointment, and of course Hexham Dental Clinic was there for me. The dentist was very good. I like to be informed about everything, and I was given everything I needed . This could have been a difficult time for me, but it was made as easy as it could be.
