Friendly and polite
All staff, from receptionist, hygienist and hygienist assistant were all friendly and polite. Hygienist took on board my concerns as I had a previous bad experience with a hygienist (not at your practice). He was very helpful and gave good information and advice in a non-patronising manner which was appreciated.

I am so pleased with the service I received today. All staff including the dentist, dental assistant and front office staff were very friendly. I don’t have to wait long to be seen and the dentist was very courteous and helpful with the issue I went along with.

Had an appointment today at Millhouse Dental Practice in Loudwater, High Wycombe, for two Biodentine treatments, and I just want to say how amazing the service was!
I was treated by Puneet (the dentist), with Diogo (the dental nurse) assisting - and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Puneet was so professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She made sure I was comfortable at every stage, explained everything clearly, and really put me at ease.
A huge thank you as well to Diogo - he was fantastic as a dental nurse. Calm, attentive, and supportive the whole time, he really helped create such a positive and relaxed atmosphere.
Together they made what could have been a daunting treatment feel smooth and stress-free.
I'm so grateful for their care and would 100% recommend Millhouse Dental Practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental treatment.

My experience
Staff were nice but my only issue was that I had attended a check up 3 weeks prior and stated I’d lost a filling so the dentist fixed it, but ran out of time to do the normal check up so told me to rebook for this. I was charged the first band fee for that day and I specifically asked if that covered the next appointment too. I was told yes, it covers for 6 months unless further work is required when it would be taken off the 2nd band rate. So when I attended my appointment this week I was annoyed to find out that I had to pay the first band again as the last appointment had been put down as an Emergency.
I have just graduated, so have little to no money, so having to account for that extra money, although it might seem much, has a massive impact.
