The practice closes between 1-2pm for lunch - my appointment was 2pm, where I still found myself outside waiting for the door to open. Didn’t go in to see dentist until nearly 2.15pm.

Neither good nor poor
My experience
Pretty poor service from all of the team, the lady dentist was very rude and condescending. Hardly any soap in the toilet too. The nurse told me everything was ok with my teeth and not to worry to then be called 2 hours later stating the dentist forgot to give me my x ray results and that I now needed a filling that was going to cost £180. The receptionist could hardly give me any kind of explanation. I was in there 9 minutes for a “check up” bearing in mind I hadn’t been for 3 years. Very unhappy

Mill house is clean and with friendly, welcoming staff. This dentist practice understands their patients needs.
I’ve had a bad experience with going to the dentist before and my dentist, Veena, always puts me at ease, is patient with me and communicates well. She informs me what I need without pushing products or procedures that aren’t needed. I have been going to this practice for years now and am happy with the service I receive.
My hygienist appointment with Chaz was great. He cleaned my teeth throughly, instructed me on how to take better care of my teeth, showed me what to do and I walked away feeling more knowledgeable about dental hygiene.

My experience
I was very grateful for my appointment being able to go ahead as I had mixed up my timings. Reception and the Dental Nurse were welcoming.
This was the first time of visiting this particular dentist after a gap in regular appointments. I found the appointment abrupt and felt slightly judged. This may well be because the dentist needed to rush to fit me in and trying not to impact the rest of her day / booked slots.
