My experience
The cleaning service itself was good. I didn't however like the hygienist playing the role of my dentist by pulling up my x-rays and discussing them. I know the condition of my teeth and the underlying bone - I recieve this information from my dentist. Advisement on best cleaning practices was all I needed. The hygienst doesn't need to advise on things the dentist does.

Chaz had an excellent personal manner. Very detailed and thorough at cleaning deeply, and explained properly what was happening with his work. Gave excellent suggestions on future teeth cleaning.

The lady dentist is very rude, doesn't take in that hubby has Alzheimer's and I struggle to get him to clean his teeth. She just talks over me when I'm trying to explain. I have changed dentist now

My experience
I felt my appointment was very rushed and I was being asked 1,000 questions per minute. Staff were also not prepared for the appointment as they were going in and out of the room to get equipment and were discussing stock issues in front of me.
