My experience
The appointment was a six month review, but when asked if I had any problems I answered that I had run out of my prescribed toothpaste. The dentist then only looked at ONE tooth and said he was finished! He handed me the form and said to make an appointment in a month, as this was an emergency appointment! I said I didn’t want to come back in a month and was here now for the six month review. He said I should go home and think about it.
I will be putting in a formal complaint.
