Appointment
Review - good for rearranged appointment. Today at 15.55. However very disappointed that my appointment at 0830 today had to be cancelled as dentist was stuck in traffic. The issue was that reception didn't actually know the dentist hadn't arrived not withstanding that no one was going in for appointments! Pretty basic function of reception I would have thought. Additionally it is irritating to have to update details online even when you have ticked the no change box when booking appointment. I consider this is a blatant attempt to have customers go through all of the advertising screens for private treatments. Like many people if I wanted to buy something I'd ask!! Similarly as comes next in this feedback form.
