I have been going to Mill House dental surgery for at least 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. All members of staff have been friendly and helpful. The advice given by my dentist and hygienist has been of great assistance and would recommend this practice.

Urgent treatment
Really pleasant staff. I needed urgent treatment and got an appointment the next day.
The dentist Abaid Ul-Rehman was really pleasant and kept me at ease while being in the chair. He explained everything really clearly.

Makes me feel relaxed
I am so pleased that Manveena Thind is back from maternity leave. She is a credit to Millhouse Dental Surgery. Her approach is very gentle and makes me feel relaxed when I go there as I am a nervous patient.

Appointment
I had a really bad experience with a dentist at that practice a few months ago, I cancelled all my appointments as she was so rude about how bad my teeth were, then I had a reminder about a check up and phoned the receptionist who was really lovely and understanding, and booked me in with another dentist who Ican actually say was really lovely, made me feel a lot better, same outcome about my teeth but wasn't so rude, actually talked me through what they could do.
So I have now got a hygienist appointment booked and another check up with this lovely dentist.

My experience
My appointment was 14:25pm, I arrived 14:19pm and was still sat in the waiting room at 14:53pm waiting to be seen. I was right near reception but nobody told me they were running late, apologised or anything.
